Job summary

On the Go is seeking a Server to deliver warm hospitality and guide guests through our menu in a fast-paced airport dining environment. You will follow OTG steps of service and SOPs while maintaining a high standard of guest interaction.

The role requires 1-2 years of serving experience, fluent English, and timely certifications (TIPS within 90 days, Serve Safe within 30 days). Expect a high-volume, team-driven atmosphere with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior serving experience.
• Fluent+ fully conversational in English.
• Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment and obtain Serve Safe certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality with every interaction—follow OTG steps of service and SOPs.
• Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm, highlighting items and accommodating dietary needs.
• Anticipate guests' needs and maintain smooth dining floor operations through teamwork.
• Handle orders, payments, and special requests accurately and with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and service stations; uphold safety and sanitation guidelines.
