Inland Group of Companies is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our deicing facility at the Atlanta airport. You will ensure safe, cost-effective use of equipment and labor while maintaining high service standards for carrier customers.

The role requires leadership to improve safety, performance, and customer satisfaction, with attention to regulatory rules, staff coaching, and daily operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in airport/airline operations with safety compliance experience.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Completion of IDS de/anti-icing training or related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and lead safety, performance, and customer service at the deicing location.
• Assist with station audits and respond to airline/FAA inquiries.
• Ensure aircraft deicing procedures meet airline and regulatory requirements.
