Job summary

Bridgework-Partners in Dallas–area is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the 2nd shift to greet customers, handle inquiries, direct traffic, and support shuttle and parking operations. You will provide friendly, responsive service at shuttle stops and work across lanes and the parking office as needed.

Responsibilities include cash handling support, maintaining equipment, and ensuring access for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
  • Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

  • Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
  • Maintain and repair any malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure appropriate access to customers.
  • Maintain shuttle bus cleanliness and other required upkeep.
  • Assist with making change from the cash bank for employees
  • Provide professional, courteous, and accessible customer support at designated shuttle stops and passenger touchpoints to assist guests with wayfinding, general airport information, shuttle route guidance, and service inquiries.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
  • Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded).
Physical Demands:
  • Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
