Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent (UA) in Madison, WI. This full-time, non-exempt role supports arrivals, ticketing, and check-in, with training provided.

You will assist passengers, including those needing special accommodations, and work in a team-focused environment. Benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and flight privileges after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and reservations.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are ready for loading and delivery.
• Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and capabilities.
• Report safety and security incidents promptly.
