Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage safely and help ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
• Assist travelers on the tarmac and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Wear a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming travel experience for all customers.
