Responsibilities

• Assist customers with fare quotes and boarding gate functions.
• Perform ticket counter, lobby, baggage counter, and gate check-in duties.
• Maintain professional interaction with passengers, clients, and crew.
• Translate or transcribe when possible.
• Handle cash, manifests, and labeling accurately.
• Operate data entry equipment confidentially.
• Follow policies and procedures for safety and security.
