Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is hiring airport agents who will deliver excellent customer service while handling ticketing, boarding, baggage processing, and assisting passengers with special needs. The role requires outdoor work in all weather and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities include loading luggage, greeting passengers, and rebooking when needed. A high school diploma, valid license, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid, unrestricted state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts.
• This is a part-time position.
• $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off aircraft.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, rebook passengers.
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Service aircraft as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
