As a frontline agent, you will greet passengers, check in, and issue boarding passes using reservation software, while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient manner outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Able to greet and assist passengers in a courteous manner.
• Able to operate reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Willing to lift baggage and work outdoors in all weather.
• Able to meet pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greeting passengers and delivering a friendly check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes.
• Assist customers with questions, directions and travel needs.
• Load, unload and sort baggage safely and efficiently.
• Represent Envoy Air professionally on the tarmac and at gates.
