Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Must have a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant state driver's license or travel authorization for business needs.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Use reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while assisting customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading baggage and ensuring on-time departures and arrivals.
