Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a customer service agent in Florida to handle passenger inquiries, ticketing, and baggage processes for both scheduled and charter services. The role requires a customer‑minded, proactive, and friendly approach with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with benefits for full‑time staff, and opportunities to grow within the airline. You must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-ons and seat assignments.
• Provide information on arrival/departure times and procedures.
• Assist customers, including those with special needs, and re-accommodate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, Allegiant Air and airport regulations.
• Handle delayed baggage and lost items and communicate with customers.
