Job summary

Landline Company is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Agent in the Framingham/Natick area to support passenger check-in and boarding. You will greet travelers, assist with boarding, answer questions, and enter passenger data into reservations systems, ensuring smooth operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of customer service experience, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background checks, TSA history checks, and a USDOT

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Airline Passenger Service System is preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and participate in random drug/alcohol testing (USDOT safety-sensitive).
• Must pass company background check (7-year history) and TSA criminal history records check (10-year history).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required due to early 2:30 AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information about services.
• Assist customers with the boarding process.
• Answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Enter passenger information into reservations systems.
• Document and update customer records after interactions.
• Load and unload customer baggage from vehicles and carousels.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Landline’s products and services.
• All other duties as assigned.
