Job summary

The Landline Company in Framingham, MA is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Agent to assist with passenger check-in and bus boarding for our premium motorcoach service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, entering passenger details, handling baggage, and maintaining accurate records, with a 2:30 AM shift starts and strict attendance required for service between Framingham and Boston Logan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with an Airline Passenger Service System is preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana, and random drug/alcohol testing.
• Must pass a TSA criminal history checks and background check for airport badge access.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required due to early start time.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide information about our services
• Assist customers with the boarding process
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns
• Enter passenger information into reservations systems
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Load and remove customer baggage from Landline vehicles and baggage carousels
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Landline’s products and services
• All other duties as assigned
