Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, brief, and assist customers during arrivals and departures at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport.
• Coordinate with airlines and JTB departments to address passenger needs promptly.
• Verify documents, baggage tags, and arrange luggage routing to hotels.
• Resolve baggage issues efficiently by liaising with airlines and customers.
• Assist with arrivals and departures guidance, check-in, and seat arrangements where needed.
