Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate custodial contracts, focusing on service levels and quality.
• Complete daily reports and contract discrepancy reports with photos.
• Assist in procedures to meet cleanliness standards per contract documents.
• Monitor staffing levels, equipment status, cleaning frequencies, and productivity.
• Provide technical assistance in scope development, bidding, and awarding contracts.
• Respond to custodial service-related urgent situations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
