Job summary

Guardian Proservices is seeking a reliable Janitor Custodial Specialist at Orlando International Airport to provide a safe, clean environment for passengers and staff. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail‑oriented, motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

This Full-time role offers an overnight shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am, five days per week (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday). Pay is $15.50 per hour with weekly pay, and benefits include health insurance.

Qualifications

• Working experience in basic janitorial duties is required.
• Good listening and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Uniform is required at some worksites.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes after emergency spill clean up requests.
• Inspect and ensure areas are properly cleaned and report problems to supervisor.
• Shampoo assigned carpeted areas and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
