ERMC Aviation seeks a Control Room Operator to dispatch personnel for conveyor issues, maintain maintenance databases, and document daily operations. The role includes inventory data entry, maintaining flight tables with customers, and ensuring compliance with safety training and security requirements.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly with customers, TSA, and airline reps, possess 30 WPM typing, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous airport environment experience.
• Clear and effective communication with customer, TSA, and Airline representatives.
• Knowledge of Industrial safety.
• Type a minimum of 30 WPM.
• Speak clearly over a two-way radio system.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehousing and inventory.
• Pass a basic mechanical/electrical aptitude test.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with email/logging/training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces.
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches personnel to problems on the conveyor line and creates work orders.
• Create, modify and update databases/spreadsheets for maintenance administration and reporting.
• Document daily functions, outages and statistics of the conveyor system.
• Maintain flight table with the customer and make corrections as needed.
• Maintain parts inventory and data entry in CMMS.
• Complete all safety training as assigned by the Company.
