Job summary

ERMC Aviation seeks a Control Room Operator to support daily airport operations and maintenance administration. You will dispatch personnel, track conveyor system status, and maintain databases while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include documenting outages, updating flight tables with customers, and handling CMMS data entry. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in an airport environment.
• Clear communication with customers, TSA and airline representatives.
• Knowledge of industrial safety.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Clear radio communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with warehousing and inventory.
• Ability to pass a basic mechanical/electrical aptitude test.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Government ID and SSN card.
• Able to obtain an airport security badge.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions.
• Able to obtain security clearances.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work extended hours.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the customer, TSA, and Airline representatives.
• Knowledge of Industrial safety.
• Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM.
• Ability to speak clearly over a two-way radio system.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Previous experience with warehousing and inventory.
• Ability to pass a basic mechanical/electrical aptitude test.
• Knowledge, of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,) with the ability to log in, retrieve and answer emails, and take training.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing
• Must possess a Government ID and social security card.
• Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge.
• Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation.
• Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces
• Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
