Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in an airport environment is required (or preferred).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, TSA, and airline reps.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Proficiency typing at least 30 words per minute.
• Ability to speak clearly over a two-way radio system.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehousing and inventory is a plus.
• Ability to pass a basic mechanical/electrical aptitude test.
• Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel for logging, retrieving, and emailing.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must possess a government ID and social security card; able to obtain airport security badge.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches personnel or technicians to problems on the conveyor line and creates work orders for repairs.
• Create, modify, and update databases/spreadsheets for maintenance administration and generate reports.
• Document daily functions, outages, and statistics of the conveyor system.
• Maintain flight table with the customer and make corrections as needed.
• May maintain parts inventory and perform data entry in CMMS.
• Complete all safety training as assigned by the Company.
