Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible experience in assisting with business administration and management functions including permits, contracts, leases, or other financial and operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and preparation of ground transportation permits, contracts, and solicitations.
• Process permit applications and prepare ground transportation or aviation services permits for signature.
• Administer AVI accounts; issue tags, monitor balances, collect fees, and manage inventory.
• Maintain records for each contract or lease file, including insurance certificates and deliverables.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance; address issues and follow up on corrective actions.
