Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Dulles, VA. You will oversee a 3rd party contractor on airport terminal expansion projects, representing the owner on the program management team and managing scope, schedule and budget.

You will enforce safety, quality and cost controls, coordinate with engineering and legal teams, and mentor field staff while delivering on-time, on-budget project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in construction, construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of project management experience in construction, aviation, or related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and contractor performance.
• Plan, schedule, estimate costs, and set project objectives.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and proposals.
• Review risk, contracts, and change orders with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project documentation.
