Job summary

Consertus, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager to manage the construction program for expansion and enabling projects for one aviation client.

You will provide program-level leadership and day-to-day project management, serving as the primary point of accountability between the Airport, design teams, and contractors. Responding to this role involves coordinating schedules, budgets, contracts, and reporting in a fast-paced airport environment, with opportunities to influence program

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience providing construction project management or construction representative services for airport projects.
Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, permitting requirements, and funding programs.
Appropriate professional credentials, certifications, or relevant industry experience commensurate with the services provided.
Experience with active airport environments and federally funded projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Construction Program Management: Provide overall leadership and coordination of multiple projects to manage scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder coordination, and program controls.
Project Management: Provide day-to-day management of individual projects, including coordination with designers and contractors, monitor schedules and budgets, administer contracts, resolve issues, and produce project reporting.
