Job summary

Montana Gift Corral seeks an Airport Concourse Retail Manager to lead a portfolio of stores at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and coach multiple teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of retail leadership, strong business acumen, and a passion for hospitality and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen paired with exceptional people leadership.
• 3–5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience including responsibility for financial performance.
• Experience leading multiple departments or retail locations preferred.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, scheduling and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple airport retail locations within the assigned terminal area.
• Drive sales, profitability, labor, and operating expenses for stores.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team; build leadership bench strength.
• Ensure stores meet cleanliness, organization, visual standards and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent guest experience across locations.
