Job summary

SharBert Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Airport Concourse Retail Manager to oversee a portfolio of airport stores at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.

You will lead multi-location operations, drive profitability, coach leaders, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will hire and develop teams, manage merchandising and inventory, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that elevate the travel retail experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive retail leadership experience with responsibility for financial performance.
• Experience leading multiple departments or retail locations is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Own day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the terminal area.
• Ensure stores meet standards for cleanliness, presentation, and operations.
• Lead labor planning, scheduling, and cost controls to balance service with efficiency.
• Drive sales, identify growth opportunities, and optimize inventory and merchandising.
