SharBert Enterprises, Inc. seeks energetic individuals to join our fulfillment team at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. This full-time role involves receiving, distributing, and stocking inventory to support our stores and restaurants across the airport.

You will help our sales staff and customers daily in a fast-paced environment. The position runs 6 AM–3 PM with mandatory weekend availability, offering growth within a community-focused company that values service to others.

We seek talented individuals to join our fulfillment team at the Bozeman Airport. This key role in our company involves receiving and re-distribution of products to all restaurants and retail stores at the airport. The fulfillment team is integral to how we support our sales staff and customers daily. Join our fabulous, fun team and grow your career!

We need someone full-time 6 AM-3 PM, with weekend availability mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, distribute, replenish, and document inventory to support our retail stores and restaurants inside Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport
• Meet delivery trucks and ensure all inbound shipments are received, inspected, and distributed to the right location in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners to provide optimal service
• Verify received shipments by comparing packing slips to purchase orders to check for accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with regulations and company policies, including the handling and storage of materials
• Inspect incoming inventory for quality
• Watch inventory levels and identify necessary replenishments
• Maintain, clean, and organize efficient stock rooms for seamless operations
• Keep accurate records of inventory and shipment information using technology
• Stock kitchens, barista stations, servers and bars
• Restock merchandise inside retail stores
• Collect deposits and account for proper cash handling
• Monitor and restock vending machines
• Assist area locations with change orders
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks to move merchandise
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
• Drive cargo van to procure supplies and products for airport locations
