Job summary

Fraport USA, a leading airport concessions operator, seeks an Operations Manager to lead concessions performance, ensure compliance, and drive improvements in a fast-paced airport environment. The role requires negotiating with tenants, coordinating with vendors, and managing complex reports and analyses.

The manager will oversee lease administration, marketing support, and due diligence on new opportunities, with a focus on growth and service excellence at Reagan National and other airports.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of airport concession operations standards.
• Ability to effectively problem solve.
• Knowledge of Property Administration and Real Estate.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate tenant compliance to complex leases.
• Ability to forecast revenue opportunities.
• Ability to build relationships with public, customers, airport officials and peers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day concessions operations for food/beverage, retail, and services.
• Liaise between airport tenants and Fraport USA to foster positive relations.
