Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in airport operations, security checkpoint support, or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and remain calm under pressure.
• Successful completion of required training and background/security checks.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Divesting Agent operations, staffing assignments, and checkpoint coverage.
• Coordinate daily communications with TSA managers and supervisors.
• Assist Operations Management with staffing, rotations, and relief coverage.
• Maintain SOPs, safety procedures, and professional standards.
• Provide instruction and guidance to employees regarding checkpoint procedures.
• Escalate significant concerns to management and support onboarding of new agents.
