Job summary

A leading provider of aviation ground support products in Orlando, Florida is looking for a Supervisor. This role involves providing oversight to team members, developing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with safety programs. Candidates should have supervisory experience and preferably 5+ years in airport maintenance services. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are required. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Driver’s License.
• Supervisory experience a must.
• Preference for 5+ years’ experience in the area of airport maintenance services.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and direction to team members for operational excellence.
• Interact daily with team members to provide support and on-the-job training.
• Develop processes and documentation to support operational activities.
• Provide leadership in overseeing operational performance.
• Comply with and support company safety programs.
