Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in airport operations, customer service, security checkpoint support, transportation, hospitality, or a similarly fast‑paced environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, TSA personnel, and management.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also taking initiative.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to successfully complete all required training and background/security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line leadership and operational support to Divesting Agents at security checkpoints.
• Coordinate daily staffing, coverage, and rotation to maintain checkpoint efficiency.
• Serve as liaison between Divesting Agents, TSA personnel, and management.
• Communicate operational concerns promptly and uphold safety and customer service standards.
• Supervise onboarding and training of new Divesting Agents.
• Monitor SOP adherence and escalate significant concerns to management.
