Responsibilities include prep, cooking, following management-driven prep lists, maintaining inventory, and upholding health and safety standards while delivering friendly service to travelers.

Qualifications

• Accountability for the ingredients prepped measuring up to the expectations of management.
• Comprehension and organization to follow direct orders, recipes and to correctly prepare dishes to the standards of the restaurant.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to handle tools, such as knife techniques for chopping, slicing, cutting and dicing.
• Ability to stand in one place for hours at a time, handle extreme heat and work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
• Following prep lists created by the management team
• Measuring ingredients and seasonings
• Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible
• Supervising food and cooling room temperatures
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment
• Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked
• Restock and replenish product and inventory supplies
• Interact with customers in a positive and upbeat manner
• Work with a Team to provide the best possible customer experience
• All other duties as assigned
