Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations/Logistics or related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume operations.
• Experience leading multiple departments through frontline supervisors.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders and hold them accountable.
• Strong understanding of labor planning, scheduling, and productivity improvement.
• Experience managing safety, quality, service, labor, and cost metrics.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage transportation and fleet operations at the Minneapolis facility.
• Lead transportation supervisors, dispatch, drivers, and support staff.
• Oversee route execution, on-time delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cost management and performance against service levels.
• Coordinate with airline and airport teams to support flight departures.
• Address last-minute changes like delays, reassignments, and equipment shortages.
• Ensure compliance with airport security and food safety standards.
• Track metrics such as on-time delivery, reliability, and labor productivity.
