Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience in high-volume operations and leading diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and basic financial reports.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of The Mill airport location, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team through training, clear expectations, motivation, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all airport regulations and food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control costs, and monitor rotation and stocking procedures.
• Schedule and manage Team Member shifts to ensure optimal coverage and labor efficiency.
• Resolve guest concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor financial performance and drive results through margin, labor, and waste reduction.
• Partner with leadership and support teams to meet operational goals and implement best practices.
• Support service execution on the floor and behind the counter to identify workflow improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards throughout the location.
