Job summary

CC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a qualified General Manager to lead our Indianapolis- area café operations located at the Indianapolis International Airport. This role focuses on sales growth, team leadership, and delivering a premier guest experience.

The GM will manage daily workflows, schedule and supervise 20+ staff, control labor and food costs, and ensure adherence to Our Heart Culture values. This position offers growth opportunities within our locally owned restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the food industry
• 5+ years of management experience
• Ability to lead a 20+ person team
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with labor management and scheduling
• P&L reconciliation and cost control
