Another Broken Egg Café in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a General Manager to oversee all FOH/BOH operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage scheduling, control costs, train staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant management or ownership and holds Serve Safe certification or is willing to obtain it, along with a valid liquor license.

Qualifications

• 2 year minimum restaurant management or ownership experience.
• Serve Safe certified or ability to get certified.
• Valid liquor license or ability to attain one.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all FOH/BOH personnel scheduling and daily operations.
• Motivate staff, uphold high standards, and train through leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, recipes, inventories, and processes.
