CC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Indianapolis-area restaurant group located at Indianapolis International Airport. This full-time role supports the General Manager, drives hospitality, and coaches a 20+ member team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Schedule & Location Details

This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:

• Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)


• 5:00 AM – 11 PM (Shifts Vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from October through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.

Position Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry


• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
