Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check, pre-employment drug test and security clearance may be required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service to customers and coordinate ramp, operations, provisioning and aircraft servicing to support on-time departures.
• Assist with boarding, loading/unloading, and coordinating with Gate Agents and Dispatch.
• Ensure proper weight and balance of aircraft and prepare required flight paperwork.
• Maintain station security and communicate with AMS, radio, and flight crews.
• Perform duties in airport environments including offices, gates, jet bridges and airfreight facilities.
