Job summary

PF Chang's at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is seeking a Bartender to provide friendly, efficient service, take orders, mix cocktails and manage bar stock in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, explain menu items, handle cash, coordinate with kitchen, maintain safety and hygiene, and train junior staff as needed. Requires HS diploma or six months experience and ability to read English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 6 months related experience.
• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service and obtain alcohol awareness certification.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
• Ability to interact with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and greet them with a smile.
• Communicate, explain, and suggest menu offerings and promotions.
• Take orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standards.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar and prepare garnishes.
• Handle cash, process payments, and present checks.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely service and keep workstation clean.
• Follow alcohol safety procedures and safe food handling practices.
• Open/close side-work and train new staff on standards and procedures.
