Job summary

Taste City at SFO Terminal 1 is hiring experienced bartenders to join our opening front-of-house team. You’ll craft beverages, deliver fast, friendly service, and help create a welcoming bar experience for travelers.

Responsibilities include preparing cocktails, managing the POS, verifying guest ages, keeping a clean, stocked bar, and collaborating with kitchen staff and leadership to maintain high standards during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to spec.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests at bar and counter.
• Operate the POS accurately and handle transactions.
• Verify guest age and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, glassware and supplies.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak times.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
