Conniption Cocktails & Cuisine, located inside RDU, seeks an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, uphold service standards, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on bartending knowledge, staff development, and strict adherence to brand recipes.

The ideal candidate will manage beverage costs, train team members, and collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure guest satisfaction during peak travel periods at the airport.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in bar management or supervisory role in a high-volume environment.
• Strong bartending skills with extensive knowledge of spirits, beer, wine and cocktails.
• Experience with liquor inventory, beverage cost control and waste management.
• Ability to train bartenders on recipes, pours and presentation.
• Understanding of bar operations, inventory controls and profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and consistent drink quality.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked bar during peak periods and ensure compliance with policies.
• Train bartenders on recipes, measurements, garnishes, and presentation.
