Elite Line Services in Washington, DC, is seeking a Technician to maintain baggage handling systems and passenger boardings. You will mentor less experienced technicians, diagnose issues, read manuals and schematics, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, and a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical or electrical experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Completes basic maintenance assignments including preventive, routine and emergency maintenance, and adjusts equipment.
• Diagnoses equipment failures under guidance of senior personnel and ensures safe operation.
• Takes direction and seeks guidance/training from senior staff; may act as lead in absence of Sr. Technicians/Supervisors.
• Provides direction and mentoring to junior personnel and conducts training.
