Job summary

Elite Line Services seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and emergency maintenance on baggage handling systems and passenger boarding bridges at an airport environment in Virginia. You will diagnose issues under senior guidance and mentor junior staff as needed.

The role requires reading manuals and schematics, working in confined spaces with PPE, and complying with safety policies. Non-traditional schedules including weekends may be required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical or electrical experience.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on Baggage Handling Systems and Passenger Boarding Bridges; troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults under guidance.
• Read and interpret repair manuals, schematics, and instructions from supervisors.
• Mentor and direct other maintenance staff; may act as lead in absence of Sr. Technicians or Supervisors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies; complete required training and paperwork.
