Smarte Carte is hiring a Baggage Storage Associate to assist travelers at JFK in a full-time role. You will greet passengers, promote baggage storage, process payments, and help maintain a clean, organized service area in a fast-paced airport setting.

The ideal candidate excels in customer service, can work weekends/holidays, and is comfortable with fast-paced environments and physical tasks. Training for ETD screening is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Background screening for Airport Badge is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Bi- or multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premier customer service.
• Greet and assist inbound travelers and encourage use of services.
• Tag and track customer property per SOP.
• Process cash and card payments using POS.
• Provide information about airport facilities.
