Responsibilities

• Proficient in all Baggage Service-related functionality.
• In depth knowledge of World Tracer (W/T) for baggage files.
• Clear expedited and left behind baggage through US Customs.
• Maintain inventory of OHD baggage.
• Register lost and found items in W/T.
• Sweep the bag room and departure pier daily.
• Send W/T forwarding messages for expedited bags.
• Respond timely to communications.
