Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must clearance of background and drug screen.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Airline experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push a loaded wheelchair up to 300 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the baggage handling operation.
• Complete any necessary incident reports.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude; assist passengers with problems, questions, or concerns.
• Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, airline staff and airport authorities.
• Exceed customer service standards; carry out other duties as assigned.
