Job summary

Qualifications

• Must complete ramp and SIDA training.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up.
• Help resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Use computer systems to track and catalog luggage.
• Interact with customers in a professional, efficient manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned within role requirements.
• Lift/carry or push/pull items weighing up to 70+ pounds regularly.
