Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent for DLH (PT) to greet passengers, assist with baggage, and provide friendly, first-class service in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time, non-exempt position includes AM/PM/overnight shifts, lifting up to 70 pounds, and training in ramp and SIDA. Candidates must be in-state residents with HS diploma or GED and able to pass drug, background, and work authorization checks.

Qualifications

• Must be a local in-state resident.
• High School diploma or GED obtained.
• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to pass up to a 10-year background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport identification security.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull heavy items up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assists passengers with baggage pickup and related needs.
• Assist passengers to resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Utilizes computer software to track and catalog luggage.
• Interact with customers in a professional, efficient manner.
• Perform related duties as assigned within capabilities of the position.
• Lift and move items of up to 70 pounds regularly.
