You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach the team, and ensure service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety are upheld in a fast-paced environment.

• 1+ year of restaurant supervisory or management experience, quick-service experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise, coach, and support Team Members.
• Train and develop employees to meet company standards.
• Help ensure excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Support food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
