Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is hiring part-time Airport Agents to deliver outstanding customer service at the Riverton, WY airport. You will assist passengers with tickets, baggage, seating, and rebooking, while ensuring safety and timely operations in all weather.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, a High School diploma or GED, and can work a flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid, unrestricted state driver's license.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto/off aircraft.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area
• This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions
• Service aircraft as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Primary Job Duties

Airport agents are primarily responsible for ensuring excellent customer service while performing a variety of tasks, including, but not limited to ticketing and rebooking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, resolving customer concerns, and more.

Minimum Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid, unrestricted, state-issued driver’s license
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Basic knowledge of fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing
• Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Adaptability to changing priorities and effective time management skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• This is a part‑time position
• $14.50 per hour
