What you will be doing!

• As a Customer Service Agent, you will create a positive start to a passenger’s trip by greeting passengers and providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• You will utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• You will lift customers’ bags onto the belt and assist them to their destination.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail, and baggage safely while achieving on-time departures and arrivals.
• Drive company vehicles on the tarmac to deliver bags to their destination.
• This position allows you to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Shifts may vary and include irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
