Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking an Airport Agent in Rock Springs, Wyoming. This part-time position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling ticketing, rebooking, boarding flights, and assisting passengers with special needs in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and pass background and drug screening. The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in all weather conditions with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid, unrestricted state driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time position.
• $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail onto and off of aircraft.
• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
• Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
• This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Service aircraft as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
