Envoy Air Inc. in Wayne, NJ is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Agent to greet passengers, assist with check-in and ticketing, and deliver friendly service across the American Airlines network.

You will use reservation and ticketing software to rebook itineraries, issue boarding passes, and help travelers efficiently. Full-time and part-time roles with comprehensive training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags up to 75 pounds.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or travel identification as required; ability to travel as needed.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience.
• Utilize reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while assisting customers.
• Help customers with luggage and ensure safe handling of bags during checks and departures.
• Load, unload, and sort freight, mail and baggage safely while contributing to on-time departures and arrivals.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and adapt to varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• No time for the gym? No problem! You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers' bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals.
• No need for a gym membership as you will be getting your workout in by lifting luggage throughout your shift.
• Ability to cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination.
• Tired of being stuck inside all day? This position will allow you to enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship.
